Filipe Gomes, spoke on 22nd November at the II Specialization Course in Intellectual Property, an initiative organized by the Administrative Law Circle (CDA) of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, in coordination with Osterling Abogados.
His presentation addressed the topic “Intellectual Property within the European Union,” offering an in-depth overview of the European legal framework and the main challenges and trends that influence the protection of intellectual property rights within the EU.
The Administrative Law Circle – CDA is a civil association composed of students from the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. It emerged around 1999 as a project created with great enthusiasm by a group of law students who shared a common interest in promoting Administrative Law and studying State Reform."
