NLP has been recognized by Managing IP with the Europe Impact Case of the Year award for its work on the Boehringer Ingelheim v Zentiva case.
On 13 August 2025, the UPC Court of Appeal granted a preliminary injunction against Zentiva, overturning the earlier decision of the Lisbon Local Division. In this historic ruling, the Court of Appeal addressed, for the first time, the issue of the imminence of infringement of a pharmaceutical patent in the context of interim relief, setting an important precedent for patent enforcement in Europe.
