International Training: João and Filipe attending IP courses in Europe and Asia
At NLP, we value continuous learning and staying updated with the latest developments. In July, our associates participated in two prestigious international intellectual property courses.
João Assunção enrolled in an intensive summer course on copyright law, organized by the Institute for Information Law (IViR) at the University of Amsterdam. The program brought together leading European and US scholars to discuss some of the most pressing and challenging issues in copyright — all while enjoying the vibrant Dutch capital.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, Filipe Gomes attended the WIPO ECUPL China Summer School in Shanghai. This unique opportunity allowed him to explore global IP trends, including copyright, artificial intelligence, and SEP/FRAND licensing, while networking with professionals from around the globe.
