Sara Nazaré, Beatriz Lima, and Joana Piriquito Santos attended the 32nd Annual Fordham IP Law & Policy Conference in New York on 24 and 25 April.
The Fordham Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference offers a forum for leaders in government, the judiciary, academia, and the private sector to meet, discuss, and resolve current issues in intellectual property.
The 2025 edition featured sessions dedicated to patents in the pharmaceutical sector and standard-essential patents (SEPs), as well as being an opportunity to follow the latest decisions from the Unified Patent Court.
The conference also provided an opportunity to discuss and hear from leading experts on the latest developments in copyright, trade marks and designs, not forgetting the transversal impact that artificial intelligence is having on all areas of intellectual property.
